1. Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges on items purchased directly from our website within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused, and with all tags or labels attached. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products such as personal care items or items that are perishable.

2. Non-Returnable Items
